Orders and payment

Prices are shown on each piece and again in your cart, and the total is confirmed before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. Your order is placed once payment goes through, and Stripe emails you a receipt.

Handmade, and made for you

Pieces are made by hand, so each one can differ a little from the photographs. Personalised and custom pieces are made exactly as ordered, so please check names and spelling before you pay.

Delivery

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 days.

Inside the United States only.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, get in touch and we will put it right.
